How Deep Coaching works?

Deep coaching isn’t about stop gaps or surface level behavior
change. While behavior change is an outcome, the focus of Deep Coaching is never about how a leader exhibits an etiquette, demonstrates a leadership trait or how they modify their actions or conduct.

In Deep Coaching, the emphasis is on exploring the root causes
